Whether you have opted for a classic such as the Tolomeo or now own a brand new Gople light– all end customers who purchased their Artemide light after 1 April 2015 and registered online within two months of the purchase date can benefit from our attractive extended guarantee. The terms and conditions for making claims under the warranty are extremely simple: the buyer must be the product’s end user and its first buyer since the warranty is not transferable. The warranty only applies to new products, not second-hand lights. Competent installation and proper use and care of the product are also assumed.

Just as straightforward is the help we offer in the event of a claim. If customers who have successfully registered a product have cause for complaint, they are entitled to have the light repaired free of charge or replaced if there is its material or manufacture are defective. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation or inappropriate use.
