Welcome to the “Salone”, the world’s most successful design show, which attracts hundreds of thousands of design lovers to Milan - the home of Artemide - every year.

With Easter not long over, the 65th Milan Furniture Fair is already opening its doors. The world’s most important meeting of the design industry exhibits the latest developments in the creative scene.

In Milan, trends will be set, innovations presented and young creative talents discovered between 21st and 26th April 2026. Hundreds of new products are being brought to life by the Fiera Milano Rho and the many showrooms spread across Milan’s Old Town. You can experience our latest lighting highlights live in the Artemide Monforte Showroom. In addition, exclusive Artemide design projects will be on display, such as the poetic installation “Light Knot Progression” (Via Festa del Perdono 7) by BIG in the Courtyard of Honour at the University of Milan and the urban utopia “Città delle Idee” by Studio MCA - Mario Cucinella Architects - in the rooms of the prominent evening newspaper Corriere della Sera (Solferino28). During the Salone, the atmosphere of the otherwise more business-orientated city resembles a mixture of concert, party and art happening; young designers will rendezvous, especially in the area around the Via Tortona and near Lambrate railway station. In addition, there is the annual Salone Satellite, a treasure chamber of the new and the unknown, designed by people under the age of 35. Each year, the Salone Satellite Award honours three outstanding projects – launching so many careers.

The Fringe Programme focuses on quality: At the Salone Contract Forum, co-ordinated by Rem Koolhaas and David Gianotten (OMA), panel discussions with international experts, as well as major events, will be held.

In 2024, around 361,000 people from all over the world came to Milan to experience the latest products created by the 1,950 exhibitors from 35 countries. Hotels, guesthouses, and Airbnb accommodation is booked long in advance, so now even the trade fair company is helping visitors find accommodation (https://hotels.micodmc.it/hv/salonedelmobile2026/en).
